kings college london accomodations: havent recieved an invitation to the portal.

for clarity, I'm non-KAAS, upcoming undergraduate.

Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, I ended up registering for accommodation on June 9th, which means I've missed out on the guarantee, however, I still haven't received even an invite to access accommodation despite it saying that it would take 2 weeks maximum. I understand that I screwed up, but I'm worried that I won't receive it (the invitation to the portal) before results day and will definitely miss out on a room. Is anyone in a similar position? Has this happened to anyone else? what has happened to you guys? any other information or anything I can do?
