If the group is set to public then yes if it’s a private group and for example you initially requested before getting accepted before posting a comment then that’s different they’d probably most likely have to follow and get accepted to view any comments…
If by people you mean Mark Zuckerberg, then yes, he can generally see everything. Remember if your using the platform for free, then your data is the product.
