Graduate Schemes

Hi, would like to know if there are any forums or sites I can subscribe to to get alerts on graduate schemes for investment banking or management consultancy?

What advice would you give a student who is about to start his third year? Should he start looking at applying to graduate schemes now. When do firms typically advertise for graduate schemes for the following year if a student is entering their third year?
