FM Edexcel Grade boundaries 2023: 3C 3D combo

Im looking at the grade boundaries for FM edexcel with D1 and FM1, its 220/300 for A*. Is that normal for this set of modules. It's the lowest grade boundaries compared to the other set of modules, any reason? Is it the hardest set of modules?

Grade boundaries change based on the difficulty of the exams. You can note that most of the options with 3C and 3D have lower grade boundaries than for example 3A. It essentially suggests that those two exams this year happened to have worse performance (possibly because they were harder, but could be for other reasons). It doesn't mean that this would be the case every year, but it was this year.
