EdExcel... was never a fan of them, especially for maths.

See page 5 for the grade boundaries for June 2023: https://qualifications.pearson.com/content/dam/pdf/Support/Grade-boundaries/A-level/2306-gce-subject-grade-boundaries.pdf
The numbers underneath each of the Further Maths headings (e.g. 01 02 3A 4A) represent the papers that you sit. If you're doing FM1 and FS1, it should be 3C and 3B (see: https://qualifications.pearson.com/content/dam/pdf/A%20Level/Mathematics/2017/specification-and-sample-assesment/a-level-l3-further-mathematics-specification.pdf page 9). Based on this, your grade boundaries should be the 5th one down from the list in the A Level FM section in the previous link.

Grade boundaries are: 224 189 158 127 97 67
If you score a total of at least 224 marks across all 3 papers, then you score an A*, 189 A, 158 B, etc.

I am not entirely sure if FM is still available or whether EdExcel has withdrawn the subject, since I can't find the subject in the A Level section on their website: https://qualifications.pearson.com/en/qualifications/edexcel-a-levels.html

Edexcel do offer Further Maths, in summer 2023 more people were examined in the Edexcel specification than any other single specification. Use the change specification drop down from the Maths subject page to switch to FM information.

Thanks.

Another reason for me not to like EdExcel.
