In one subject? Maybe. In all of them? No.
You can, I've seen someone do it, but it will take a lot of hours of revision, past papers e.c with no slack and excuses. Personally for me I think it depends on intellect. The person who I knew was capable and intelligent but was lazy, for the majority of year 10 but managed to turn things around starting from the summer holidays. It is very possible.

Of course practice and dedication may be able to make anything possible..A lot of revision will surely pull your grades up massively..Self-motivation matter a lot...Believe in yourself..
