dont do the BTEC
If you do A-levels you shouldn't have to do Btecs, I'm pretty sure that 1 Btec is worth 3 a-levels (it has the same ucas points) so it doesn't really make sense to do 2 alevels and a Btec (that's like taking 5 alevels worth of content). In general Btecs are accepted at most unis but A-levels are the more standard route either way its up to you but I wouldn't mix and match. Both Bio and Chem are standard A-levels for medicine but 3rd a-level can be pretty much anything (it has to be a science for oxbridge e.g. maths, physics)
As for Us in GCSEs some uni med schools have different requirements for resits of alevels and some may not accept at all so do double check before applying
