My CAS is being delayed yet I am due for September intake

Study Program: MSc Renewable Energy Engineering,
I submitted my Commonwealth shared scholarship confirmation of award letter to the International admissions team, but it has been more than a week now and I have not had access to my CAS shield.
I request for support and guidance.

Please can I ask you to follow up on your application either through the live chat function on the Coventry University website (https://www.coventry.ac.uk/livechat/) or by calling the International Admissions Team on +44 24 77652152. You may have to wait for some time on the live chat to be able to speak to a member of the team. The live chat will next be active on Tuesday which is the next working day due to Monday being a bank holiday in the UK.
