What to do??

Hey guys so iv been offered an admin job at a college but there only gonna pay me minimum wage.
But expecting me to do 2 different jobs.
1 is doing the admin for the college registering the students, helping them with their university applications etc.
Then the other job is working for the recruitment company finding jobs for people. I'd be in the office on my own sometimes doing everything on my own.
So m worried that it's gonna be too much for me to do on my own and what if I get stuck then there's no one around to help me??
Also it'll cost me £12.80 a day in travel take me 1 hr and a half to get there.
They want me to start on Monday too which is quick.
Also I didn't actually apply for the job myself but the manager called me and asked me whether I want to do a security course but said no cos iv already got a degree so that when he told me to come in for an interview the next day for this job.
But he wasn't even here cos the woman said that he was in hospital so she ended up doing the interview.
I just find it unprofessional.
So I feel like I don't wanna do this job now but iv not got anything else and just get rejected for other jobs so should I do it or not??
