Biology degree in Asia

Hi, I am doing year 13 A levels oxford aqa. Interested to study biology. I am an Indian studying in Dubai and checked in NUS singapore. The course overe there is good but they wont take predicted results. Anybody càn suggest good universities in Asia or eastern europe where biology or bioenginering is taught. I am not interested in biomedical. I want to study environmental science after degree. Thank you
