henley college vs reading college

hey I'm going to move to either henley college or reading college next september. Im going to the open evenings in october for each of them but I was wondering if anyone could tell me anything about either of them? I've heard plenty of negative stuff about both of them, but mostly about the teaching? I'm going to do a btec so I think it will be different than they say?

(also, if anyone has moved from a private school to either of them, is it really different?)
