When writing a paragraph comparing two poems, should you do a chunk on one poem and then a chunk on the second poem or compare both poems in every few sentences?

I think you can combine both poems in one paragraph depending on what the subject matter is in the paragraph. If it's about the themes then you can say "In Poem A the main themes are this, this and this." Afterwards say something like "whereas in Poem B does this, this and this," then you can compare the similarities and differences even more from there.
