Connaught and College Hall - What Is It Like?

Hi, I’m going into my third year next year and I would like to stay in halls close to my uni (SOAS) as I have a disability. I’m living at home right now and lived in Garden Halls in first year - I found this okay but had to take my time with the 10 minute walk (that took me 15 minutes) due to my ability and rest breaks. I was considering moving to Connaught Hall or College Hall for third year but was wondering what anyone living there thinks of it. If it really is quite run down or unsafe then I might go back to Gardens (in first year I wasn’t using the mobility aids that I needed but I now have the confidence to use them so it could be a better experience). Just a bit stuck and would love to hear from people first hand
