Are my grades good enough for engineering

Can i become a mechanical Engineer with the 2As and 3Bs at higher
(edited 6 months ago)
Hi there,

Grade boundaries will vary from uni to uni. I would recommend having a look through some places you might be interested in and seeing what they require. Sometimes when you do more than three, you might also be able to be offered a grade lower but this is not guaranteed.

Have a look on this website: https://digital.ucas.com/search. You can search for courses and then input your entry requirements to narrow down to you.

Hope this helped,

Hello there,
Having strong grades in math and science subjects, which are relevant to mechanical engineering, is a good start.
Though remember that while grades are important, determination, passion, and a strong work ethic can also play a significant role in your success as a mechanical engineering student. It may take some extra effort, but with perseverance, you can achieve your goal of becoming a mechanical engineer.
Also you can apply to multiple universities to increase your chances of acceptance, including a mix of competitive and less competitive institutions.
