Without sounding too harsh,i think you might need support outside of TSR. You have already asked a variation of this question multiple times and have received the same answer each time.
It seems clear you might feel disconnected from yourself in some way, and be confused about what is happening. These are useful insights but primarily belong with the mental health team you are under.
