ADHD
Hello I called my GP about ADHD on the 5th of August and picked up some forms to fill out that they would then send to a specialist.... its now the 15th of October and I've had no response, I called on the 7th of September to check in and the receptionist seemed very confused and then said oh well we must be waiting on a response from the specialist.
I just feel a bit stuck.... I think I'm suffering with maladaptive daydreaming too and I'm not really sure where to go from here. I'm 20 years old. I've felt like this my whole life. Something is wrong. I can't pay for a therapist or independant specialist.
I'm really struggling and I'm very in my own head at the moment. Does anyone have a similar experience or am I just ****ed

Have you received a letter confirming you have been referred to a specialist? Because if not then, it is possible that a referral has not been made and you will likely have to get in contact with the GP who is supposed to be referring you.
