Confusion about Imperial College deadlines

Searching about ICL deadlines, I have come across the following page from their website: https://www.imperial.ac.uk/aeronautics/study/ug/admissions/admissions-procedure/

If I have properly understood the scheme, there are two cycles of deadlines, and they have different dates for when offers will be made. As a non-UK applicant, I am very confused about these informations. When does ICL release offers to those who applied before Oct. 16? When does it release offers to those who applied after OCT. 16?

As a non-UK applicant, I am very confused about these informations. When does ICL release offers to those who applied before Oct. 16? When does it release offers to those who applied after OCT. 16?

Ring them up and ask them directly. They might not realise that the website has contradictory information on it.

I’ve just started Imperial engineering and I applied as an early entry and had offer in February.
