BTECs > A levels at some degree

While universities may value a levels more than btecs, they are still equal in my eyes. Sure, a levels are more academically challenging. Yes. However one is not better than the other. I have witnessed people who have prospered with btecs and gone on to do apprenticeships & even attended the exact same universities as people who have done a levels. The stigma around btecs, in my opinion, is snobby and ridiculous. This is coming from someone who does 3 hardcore STEM a levels. People need to understand that a) academia is not for everyone. Some people have passion elsewhere in life, and b) You do not always need academia to do well in life. Hence why I will not vote one being better than the other.
