Resitting year 12, can I still apply for dentistry

I'm currently a year 13 student studying biology, chemistry and maths. My parents have found new jobs somewhere really far away and I am unable to stay and continue my studies where I currently am. We have contacted the sixth form there (there's only one since its a small island) and they said I would have to join as a year 12 due to differing exam boards. Me and my parents have tried exploring other options but can't afford most of them. Would I still be able to apply for dentistry if I resit year 12? Would it be considered extenuating circumstances?
You could email dental schools ad ask as it would most likely differ between different dental schools
