Hi, I'm sorry you're feeling this way and I understand how hard it is to stop procrastinating. It might be useful to start working for a short time and then take breaks via the pomodoro technique (25 mins concentrated studying, 5 min break, 25 min studying etc). This will help you to stay focused and get more work done in a short amount of time. It's also useful to remove all distractions when you study (so keep your phone on do not disturb and in a different room and ensure your work environment in clean and quiet to help you focus). Also, it's useful to allocate set time to study and set time to relax so you can build a good work-life balance.
