"I realised I wanted to study Electrical and Electronic Engineering at University when ...."
What do you like about this subject? Why do you want to study it at degree level?

Two or three examples of relevant topics that particularly interest you, preferably outside your A levels - and why.

Finish off with a few lines about what else you do apart from study - and why you enjoy doing these things or what you get out of doing them.
