National 5 Mathematics Prelim

I am currently doing national 5 mathematics, and my school tends to move people who get less than 30% in a prelim down, however, i am confused as i have already done national 5 applications of maths and national 4 maths so i am unaware of what subject i would be doing if i was moved down?

You should not be moved down if you have passed nat 4 maths, but still put effort into getting your mark up
