Christmas could be a stressful period of time in a year and recreation is needed then. Stays to stop and to relax for a while are countless.

Define Christmas stress need a bit more elaboration.
Not that I am aware of sadly.
No I would still be worried afterwards probably would need to talk it through but I would still think I’d be overwhelmed.
