im a sixthform student, im stuck in a loop hole, i want to get out but i physically cant, i feel super sleepy all the time despite getting 7-8 hrs of uninterrupted sleep, its affecting my schl life, i fight to stay awake, i understand how important my schl exams r in order to do wht i love, but i cant physically study no matter how hard i try, i zone out, dissociate and fall asleep or js go onto another tab to do something else "to wake me back up", i tried the Pomodoro technique but found it hard to get back on task
its getting frustrating, what shall i do?
Go on Kooth and request help there. They have experts, unlike TSR.
