What are the exact casualties in Gaza?
I have just learned that the IDf said they have lost 157 troops in Gaza, but is this accurate? Also, the Hamas run health ministry says 20,000 civilians have died, and is this is also accurate?

It is impossible to know with any reliability. Both sides of the conflict have incentive to lie, and neither side has any qualms when it comes to subverting the truth in order to achieve their goals.
It’s not really possible to give a precise figure during an ongoing conflict. Many people will be displaced or missing. That said, most sources are saying between 15,000-20,000 dead.
