Worcester appears to have a Board of Governers, but not "a governer".

Does the information at https://www.worcester.ac.uk/documents/Instrument-and-Articles-of-Government-approved-July-2021.pdf help?

The academic head of a university in the UK typically has the title "Vice Chancellor". At Worcester, this role has the title "Vice Chancellor and Chief Executive". Currently this appears to be one Professor David Green (https://www.worcester.ac.uk/about/university-information/who-we-are/whos-who-at-the-university-of-worcester/professor-david-green/home.aspx)

To whom would I address an allegation of dishonesty in public office?

Do you mean the crime of "misconduct in public office"? If so, then I suggest the appropriate people to address the allegation to would be the police. There would need to be a determination that the person concerned did/does, in fact, hold a "public office".

If this is an internal university matter, then the university should have a complaints procedure you can use.

In either case, you might want to contact your student union for advice before taking further steps.

Yes "misconduct in public office" was the allegation put to the board of governors. Their reply came through its solicitors. It was, verbatim:

"The University of Worcester's interest in this matter stems from the express and or implied threat to its reputation.... The underlying substance of the matter does not concern it".
My previous submission of a Freedom of Information request was responded to with "weasel-talk".

Nevertheless I am submitting a new FOI and making clear that the response, if unsatisfactory, will be posted on this and other forums.
