essay exam help

i have an exam where there are 4 potential questions, 2 of them will come up. so we know the questions before the exam, i’ve prepared answers but they’re not very good and i do not know how to go about revising for it and basically memorising everything and then rewriting in the 2hr exam but that’s a lot of memorise . it’s in 5 days and im freaking out.
