What can I do with a Diploma of Higher Education Health Care

Hi,
I really wanted to become a nurse but I just found out that I failed my final year retake for my course -Nursing Studies (Registered Nurse Adult Nursing) BSc (Hons).
I was given a DipHE for Health Care.
What can I do career wise moving forward?

There are a few careers in the community sector that would map to your DipHE, such as working with youth, as a support worker or in outreach. You could also look at health education and improvement with a public health stance (a big focus from the government on preventing poor health at the moment).

Depending on what you did pre-BSc, you could look at becoming a HCA and once in employment, there may be opportunities in the future around apprenticeships that will lead to you gain registration as a nurse which would be funded by your employer 🙂
