Anyone know what Asquith House/Austin Hall or Burley Road Campus village are like?

I'm looking at halls for the 2024/25 academic year at university Leeds, and I'm currently doing my year abroad. Because of this most people I know graduate this year, so I'm looking at private halls since Uni of Leeds doesn't guarantee accomodation to final year students. I am specifically looking for somewhere with parking, and with some research have found Asquith House/Austin Hall, managed by Mansion student, and Burley Road Campus Living Village. However, both of these have some mixed reviews, and in the case of Asquith House/Austin Hall, has recently changed ownership and management rendering some reviews outdated.
Has anyone got any experience, or know someone who has, living at either of these halls and could let me know what they are like?
