What should I do?
I have been in my role as a NHS Ward Clerk for a few months, but there is another NHS role that I applied along with my current one that has given me a job offer also. The job offered is a Clinical Research Data Officer, which is more within my field of work. Would it be okay for me to switch jobs? And, how would I approach this?
