Your Unique Candidate Identifier is assigned by your exam centre. (Details of the structure of a UCI are here if you're interested.) So contact your exam centre. They should be able to both confirm your UCI check that they haven't assigned both you and another candidate the same UCI.

(Note that the exam centre which assigned your UCI may not be the one which you're using for these International A levels. Once an exam centre has assigned you a UCI, you retain that same number. If you're not sure which centre assigned it, note that the first five digits are the exam centre number.)
