How do I insert my Cambridge English certificate in my ucas application?

Hello, i’m an Italian student who is applying to a few universities in the uk. Therefore I had to take an English proficiency test, and so I took the Cambridge CAE advanced exam, since in the sites of the universities i’m applying to it is said that they also accept the Cambridge certificates.
However in the Lucas application, it only allows me to insert results for IELTS and TOEFL exams. What should I do?
Help please!
thank you.

I'm now in a quite similar situation. Did you get an answer to your question?

Enter it in the general qualification section if it isn't listed in the English test options. You'll need to add the test centre as a part time place of study.

Alternatively, wait and see if you get an offer and provide the results later.

Thank you very much, that helped me a lot. Could I perhaps ask you another question? Should I insert in the section "employment" also paid internships?

If they were paid then yes you can list them there. However that section isn’t typically used as part of the selection process - only to explain any apparent gaps in study.
If the internships were directly relevant to the subject you’re applying to then you can discuss how they relate to your suitability and motivation in your personal statement. If they’re not, ask your referee to include them in their reference.

It seems like they do accept these exams (assuming it's the right level and score), although IELTS is the university's preferred English test. You could email your preferred college and ask.

Hello, I have a further question. Should the place of study be the place the exam was taken in (for example a school) or the institution that awards you the certificate (example cambridge). And also, is there a way to attach a document (picture or scan of the certificate) to UCAS, so that the Universities you have applied to can proof its true?

If you can enter it in the English language section I think you just enter the provider.

If you enter it in the education section then you must enter a test centre. Add it as part time.

No, you can’t upload documents. The English language section has a space for the TRF number or similar. Unis will ask you for details later if they need it.
