Impossible to say, almost every College has a wide range of different accommodation types, and what someone considers important about their accommodation varies from person to person.

Can anyone explain the fees pls ?
If an 8 week term is it 8 weeks paid for, or is the fee for 10weeks?

Completely depends on the college. For king's, you can either have a short term or long term contract - short term is slightly more expensive on a weekly basis but you only per for 8 weeks of term
