We wanted to share some information about accommodation options on campus as we receive lots of questions on this.

Where you choose to live is a huge part of your university experience! Campus life offers everything you need in one place, from social and study spots to food outlets and sports.

Living on campus is exciting, great value for money and a fantastic way to meet new people - it really is ideal for the first year of study, and many choose to stay living on campus throughout their time with us. We're proud of our modern accommodation and were shortlisted for 'halls and student accommodation' in the 2023 Whatuni Student Choice Awards :banana:

What's on offer at Herts
We have over 4,000 on-campus bedrooms across both of our campuses and offer various options of accommodation, from single rooms with or without en-suite, to twin rooms and shared townhouses.

Bills are included in the weekly rent, so you don't have to worry about the rising prices of gas and electricity.

You'll also have peace of mind thanks to our 24/7 support from Resident Assistants who will help you with anything from maintenance requests to wellbeing support.

Accommodation guarantee
Here at Herts, we guarantee a room in halls, on campus for all applicants who apply before Clearing, subject to personal needs. Applicants must apply for accommodation before Clearing and must have confirmed acceptance of their place by a given date in August.
