LeetCode performance and future compsci prospects

I'm only in Year 10, however I've completed just over 200 LeetCode problems (mostly medium problems) and my solutions apparently end up in the 92nd percentile (top 8%) on average for speed. I haven't done any hard problems, however, and would like to know how much my LeetCode performance will really factor into my future. Will anyone care about my LeetCode stats if I put my profile on my CV, and if so, then who will (especially any universities I might be applying to)? If I want to get accepted for a good apprenticeship, for example, will I have to be insanely good at hard problems (say, taking very little time to write 90th percentile solutions, capable of doing basically any hard problem on LeetCode) to have any chance of getting accepted? Would love to hear any stories about LeetCode grinders and the sort of programming problems they were given at apprenticeships and the like. Thanks!
