can’t get over the mental block of planning and writing an essay! Please help!

Year 13 here…I have mocks next week, just sat down for 2 hours trying to plan and write an A level english comparative essay but I seem to have some sort of mental block where I have lots of ideas ideas but I cannot, for the life of me put it into 3 or 4 points to craft an essay. I just get STUCK and it’s so frustrating. I can’t make a simple plan and therefore I can’t write my essay!!! This is so frustrating because im predicted all A*s but since i haven’t been able to practice writing exam essays ,I’m on a B and unable to progress :frown: this is SO annoying because I know I am capable. How do I get over this block and approach the question in the exam. Please please help I’m in tears. (For reference I do OCR and currently trying to do the paper 1 comparative question for The Duchess of Malfi and The Merchant’s prologue and Tale)
