KCL Postgraduate Accommodation Transfer (Vauxhall) from June to September 2024

I am looking for a full-time post-graduate student studying in King’s College London to transfer my contract for a non-ensuite room on the 13th floor at Urbanest Vauxhall starts from 8/6/2024 (the date is negotiable) to the end of the contract which is on 7/9/2024 (13 weeks in total).

Rent is £289 per week, plus a mandatory one-off payment of cleaning administrative charge of £50.

Advantage of the room:
1. A very convenient place, only 3 mins walk to Vauxhall underground station and Nine Elms station,
2. Very comfortable and new looking living room, with a sink included inside the room. Only sharing toilet with one other female flatmate.
3. Safe security and supportive staff.

I really love my dorm, it is because I need to go back to my hometown to work so I have to give it up.
