I mean if they are credited the same as one another. As I’m just wondering if the different sites are credited differently.

The value of MOOCs for your personal statement isn't the "credits" they earn (they don't earn any credits - that's the point of MOOCs they're non credit bearing courses). It's your personal reflections on the topics covered and the work involved.
