Apprenticeships applications

I applied to BAE Systems for a degree apprenticeship. And I received an email from them saying that I have completed all steps of the application process and that I will receive the outcome (yes/no) in March. Do people usually get the apprenticeship when they reach this far in the application process.

have you done the final interview

I mean they are saying I have completed all stages of the application process, only the final outcome is left.
