Best University for Genomic medicine and Bioinformatics

I have currently completed A level equivalent in India and I plan to pursue a career Genomic medicine and bioinformatics, currently I have offers from the following universities : MSCi Genetics at University of Manchester, MBiol Biomedical Sciences at university of Warwick, MSci Biomedical Genetics at Newcastle University and MBiol genetics at University of York. Can anyone suggest me which is a better choice in this regard?
