I need advice on resitting AS phys chem & math in May while having A2 in June

I did the jan intake for re-sit but ended up getting C's for all subjects which is no way near good, I'm planning to redo it again this summer. Are there any specific study methods or any website that I should work with? And how many hours a day do you think I should study, I have 2 months left for entire A level that would be 5 resits + 8 A2 exams overall. My exam board is OxfordAQA btw. I really need a recommended study plan. (My end goal would be AAA)
