Change the tutor in university

Hi,

This is a bit awkward situation. Our tutor which she was great, gave up to teach our module because she had a lot of work with other students and it was too much for her. They assigned another tutor but, this new tutor is very strange, the course is in the evening online, he talks for 15 min then he says you read and see you 10 minutes before the class ends. I think this is a joke given the fact that the tuition fee are so high, we expect good quality. Yesterday evening, he forgot to turn his microphone and he was having an escort over, and we heard everything, we were all shocked what is going on! How can I request for the tutor to be changed as we are not happy with him and after last night we are absolutely disgusted.

Any advice please?
