AS BUSINESS UNIT 1 results

Good afternoon, I’m currently studying AS business studies edexcel. My mock exam results were terrible since I got a D. The external unit 1 exam results came out last week as you know and I’m at the same grade and only 1 mark away from a C (C or B is my aim). Is it worth resitting my unit one exam?
