is law summerschool worth it?

I'm a year11 student in latin america and I want to study law in unis in the UK.
In this summer I really want to travel to england even for one or two days to visit universities and get a sense of what it's like to be living there, but my dad won't let me go just for seeing around but I need to do some experience related to law.
- Do you guys know if the experience at summerschool would be worth the price?
- Is it something that I can write about in personal statement?
- If it's worth it, What are some good summerschool people would recommend?
- what would be a decent price for this experience?
-if not worth it, what are some other law experience I can do in the UK?
