I once tried this for the sake of it in a half-term. Managed to stay up 48 hours, went into town and everything had weird flickering bright edges and sounds sounded different. I think may have had some tiny hallucinations 
Could have been all the caffiene I was using to stay awake though.

About 70 hours.
What happens after 6 days?
i think it was 38 hours: chemistry coursework due in next day
I've pulled quite a few 26-28 hour days since I got to Uni. Pointless in the long run, though.
Ummm coming home from Menorca. ABout 24 hours. I felt so ill.
