Quitting porn
So i have been trying to quit porn for a while now and it’s been a struggle and I want to fully stop. But it seems impossible, longest I’ve gone without was probably a month without it. The reason I want to quit I want to respect women more even though I already do but I just feel guilty every time I watch it.
I also want to quit because I want to be more intermit with a girlfriend whenever that will happen in my life lol. But in all serious I just want to what the benefits are and I want to overcome relapsing by Doing my hobbies to distract me as much as possible.
I hope to get some advice from you guys have you fully quit porn, what were the benefits you gained from no fap it? Was there any significant change? Did help you gain more confidence with women etc.
