I feel I'm missing a pun of some sort 
I think she means 'all out' as in put more effort into Xmas celebrations than other colleges simply because it's called 'Jesus'.

Erm, actually, I vaguely recall that someone did do that once. I believe the porter who answered the phone was not best pleased.
