Housing in Cambridge

Does anyone know about any other resources for finding houses in Cambridge than the university accommodation service? We're not guaranteed college accommodation in fourth year, so I'd like to try to find somewhere decent and closeish (~20 minute walk maybe) to Downing.

All the estate agents on Hills Road have a copy of Property Week which lists all the rentals in Cambridge, well most of them. Although to avoid fees its better to go via the accommodation service as you go to the landlord directly. Although they don't put most places on there until the summer.
