bad past memories

hey ive not been on for months lol last year i was addicted

anyway i was thinking of the past and can remember all the times i got a slap across the face by my mum but yet can't remember what i actually did wrong. can anyone else remember what they did before they got hit? :confused:

or is it just one of those things
all the bad stuff i only seem to remember unless it was really good

My dad used to smack us but he did it so often we werent really bothered by it but when my mum got angry we knew we had done something wrong.

because u were confused because u didn't know what u had done rong, so u still have this memory in the back of your mind and usually u r not concious of it... in other words u had repressed it and sometimes repressed memories do come back :smile:
