Anime is just basically Japanese/Chinese Animation - they have a specific style of drawing..

it doesn't have to be a specific drawing style, but i don't think CG animation counts.

There are lots of genre of anime and as a general rule, they're a lot better than western cartoons/TV.

Yeh!!!! My mate's sister has a book of how to draw that sorta thing, and it has all these cartoons in it, wearing skimpy clothes, saying things like 'When it's hot I just wear my underwear to bed' and 'I like to look in the mirror at my body while I shower' EWWWWWWWW
